This agreement for the services of McWilliams Photography described below is made on the day of between the undernamed client and McWilliams Photography, regarding services (described below) provided by McWilliams Photography. The purpose of this agreement is to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of both parties. It is mutually agreed upon between the parties as follows: Name of Clients Addresses of Clients Contact Email Address Telephone number(s) of Client Date of Wedding Time & Location of Wedding Ceremony Final Payment, details and Itinerary to be confirmed and completed 30 days prior to the wedding. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING A NON_REFUNDABLE deposit of £500 deductable from the final package cost with a signed wedding photography agreement is required to secure and guarantee your choice of date with McWilliams Photography. Full fixed costs, based on your choice of wedding package, are payable 30 days prior to the wedding date. Should this not be received within said time scale this may result in cancellation / postponement of McWilliams Photography's services (until the balance is settled). Any final balance as a result of a change of wedding packages or additional services must be settled prior to your wedding taking place. Payment can be completed by credit/debit card, pay-pal or via cheque made payable to McWilliams Photography. CANCELLATION POLICY If the wedding has to be cancelled, it is the sole responsibility of the Client to notify and ensure that McWilliams Photography has received the instruction in writing. The appropriate cancellation fees will apply as follows. Initial deposit is non-refundable. 3-6 months notice of cancellation. 25% of remaining final wedding pacakage cost. 3 months notice of cancellation. 50% of remaining final wedding package cost. Less than 1 months notice of cancellation. 100% of final wedding package cost. McWilliams Photography may have to make changes for reason of Force Majeure, meaning unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond its control, the consequence of which neither our suppliers nor we could avoid. Example: industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or similar events beyond our control. Under these circumstances, McWilliams Photography will endeavor to reschedule or source an alternative photographer or replacement. CREATIVE LICENSE McWilliams photography shall be granted creative and artistic license in relation to the choice of locations and poses used. McWilliams photography's judgment on photographic style and the number of photographs taken, shall be deemed correct. Due to changes of the weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. McWilliams photography will do their best to honor requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific back ground, location or group arrangement. USAGE McWilliams photography may use a selection of your wedding day images for display within the studio, website or in other material produced by McWilliams photography. McWilliams photography may use a selection of your wedding day images within published and internet publications to promote McWilliams photography's services. COPYRIGHT The 1998 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act assigns copyright to McWilliams photography. High resolution digital files are licensed to the Client for personal usage and reproduction and should not be used for commercial gain or publication without the prior written agreement of McWilliams Photography. EXCLUSIVITY McWilliams photography shall be the sole professional (still) photographers at the venues specified taking photographs in a professional capacity, unless agreed by prior arrangement. We are happy to work with other professionals with prior arrangement. We positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the day. HEALTH AND SAFETY McWilliams photography reserve the right to cancel or place on hold photographic coverage of a wedding day where a safe working environment can not be guaranteed for McWilliams photography employees or their clients. McWilliams photography's judgement on a safe working environment shall be deemed correct. By signing below, we the undersigned all portions of this agreement and accept its content and specifications as outlined by McWilliams Photography. INTERNET GALLERY AND ALBUM DESIGNS Private Internet Galleries are placed online for a period of 3 months, extensions to this period can be made at an additional cost of £30 per month. Album designs should be finalised within 6 months of the wedding date, administration and design costs of 10% of the total package price will apply after this period if album design is not finalised. CURRENT WEDDING PACKAGES Wedding package prices are fixed at time of Booking and will not change. Prices for additional albums and products which do not form the pre-agreed wedding package are subject to increase due to market availability and inflation. Please indicate your choice of wedding package below. WEDDING SERVICES DETAILS Total package cost £2,950 minus non-returnable retainer of £500, remaining balance due 30 days prior to wedding day of £2,450. - Full and comprehensive documentary wedding photography for your wedding day. - A minimum of 200 images, edited and artisticly styled. - A private internet gallery to share wedding images with family and friends. - A bespoke classicly styled wedding album, custom designed by McWilliams Photography for your approval. - A full set of fine art digital negatives from your wedding day. - Travel within the central belt of Scotland, travel further afield is quoted on an individual basis dependant upon accomodation, flights and/or ferry costs. Two copies of this contract will be sent to you to be signed, one copy to be returned to McWilliams Photography and the other for your records. As part of our environmentaly friendly policy receipts for booking retainer fees and balance payments will be sent by email, if you require a paper copy please let us know and we will be happy to send this to you.
